У ЧОРТКОВІ ЗА МІЖНАРОДНІ КОШТИ БУДУЮТЬ ЖИТЛО ДЛЯ ВИМУШЕНИХ ПЕРЕСЕЛЕНЦІВ

За гроші міжнародних партнерів триває масштабна реконструкція приміщення під квартири для людей зі сходу та півдня України, які тікаючи від війни знайшли прихисток у нашій громаді.

Проект «Підтримка ЄС для нагальних потреб розміщення внутрішньо переміщених осіб в місті Чортків» реалізується за підтримки НЕФКО в якості виконавчої організації в рамках Інвестиційної платформи сусідства («NIP»), для Програми дій «Підтримка ЄС для нагальних потреб розміщення ВПО в Україні». Чортківська громада виграла грант на суму 1 млн 960 тис.!

Колишній гуртожиток Чортківської гімназії №3 ім. Р. Ільяшенка переплановують і ремонтують під смарт-квартири для нових мешканців Чорткова.

Згідно з проектом зроблять:

повну термомодернізацію 3-поверхової будівлі та підвалу;

новий дах;

замінять всі вікна та двері;

захисне укриття;

нову систему опалення, котельню, твердопаливні котли, ІТП;

внутрішні ремонти із меблями;

побутова техніка та сантехніка буде у кожній квартирі;

дитячий простір;

пристосовані смарт-квартири для людей з інвалідністю;

місце коворкінгу в будівлі та літній варіант;

благоустрій території, дитячий майданчик;

облаштують приміщення для робочих місць (меблі та обладнання для перукарні, майстерні з ремонту одягу, взуття і т.д.).

Головне завдання проекту – інтеграція в Чорткові людей, котрі через війну втратили все і починають нове життя у нашому місті.

Як повідомив міський голова Чорткова Володимир Шматько, відповідно до попереднього рішення смарт-квартири з числа вимушених переселенців нашої громади в користування отримають:

люди з інвалідністю;

сім’ї, де чоловіки або дружини воюють на фронті;

сім’ї, які втратили рідних на війні;

люди, які офіційно працюють у нашій громаді;

одинокі матері з дітьми;

ті, хто бажає офіційно працювати приватним підприємцем та надавати перукарські, косметичні послуги, послуги з ремонту одягу, взуття тощо.

Щиро дякуємо європейським партнерам та платникам податків країн ЄС за дуже важливу допомогу українцям, які переїхали в Чортків через війну.

HOUSING FOR INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS IS BEING BUILT IN CHORTKIV WITH INTERNATIONAL MONEY

With the money of international partners, a large-scale reconstruction of the premises into apartments for people from the east and south of Ukraine, who fled the war and found shelter in our community, is underway.

The project “EU support for the urgent needs of the accommodation of internally displaced persons in the city of Chortkiv” is implemented with the support of NEFСO as an executive organization within the framework of the Neighborhood Investment Platform (“NIP”), for the Action Program “EU support for the urgent needs of the accommodation of IDPs in Ukraine”. Chortkiv community won a grant worth 1 million 960 thousand!

The former dormitory of Chortkiv Gymnasium № 3 named after R. Iliashenko is being redeveloped and renovated into smart apartments for new residents of Chortkiv.

According to the project, the following will be done:

complete thermal modernization of the 3-story building and basement;

new roof;

all windows and doors will be replaced;

protective shelter;

new heating system, boiler room, solid fuel boilers, individual heat point;

interior repairs with furniture;

household appliances and sanitary ware will be in every apartment;

children’s space;

adapted smart apartments for people with disabilities;

a coworking space in the building and a summer option;

improvement of the territory, children’s playground;

arrange premises for workplaces (furniture and equipment for hairdressing salons, workshops for repairing clothes, shoes, etc.)

The main task of the project is the integration of people who lost everything because of the war and are starting a new life in in Chortkiv.

As it was mentioned by the mayor of Chortkiv, Volodymyr Shmatko, due to the previous decision, smart apartments among the forced migrants of our community will be used by:

people with disabilities;

families where husbands or wives are fighting at the front;

families who lost relatives in the war;

people who officially work in our community;

single mothers with children;

those who wish to work officially as an individual entrepreneur and provide hairdressing, cosmetic services, clothing and shoe repair services, etc.

We sincerely thank our European partners and taxpayers of the EU countries for the very important help to Ukrainians who moved to Chortkiv because of the war.
